The Fine Print

A 50% deposit must be paid before any work can begin. The remaining 50% must be paid before we can release your project files.

You are responsible purchasing any non-free theme that you would like customized (we reserve the right to refuse to work with poorly coded themes) and for supplying or purchasing any stock art or photography which we will tweak or alter for you and incorporate into your masthead design. The masthead design fee does not include custom illustration or logo design. If you need a logo, one can be designed for you. Our fee for logo design is $350.

If you approve the masthead art and then change your mind the next day, that falls under hourly billable work to make changes or redesign your masthead.

Additionally, masthead art, at the current fee structure, allows for 3 hours of design time. When 3 hours has been exceeded, we will not be able to make any more designs or changes without collecting any payments still due and advance billing for more hours of design time if needed. The hourly rate for extra design time is $50 per hour.

In the event that you decide to discontinue our working relationship, your deposit will not be refunded as time has been cleared from our schedule to work specifically with you.
